the staff were lovely, they worked hard to clean and tidy after everyone leaving their unwashed dishes. and cleaned regularly to good standard. they made a lot of effort for social events for the guest such as wine and cheese night, pancakes etc which makes a huge impact on single travellers finding friends/socials to join.

The receptionist are so lovely, you can literally have a conversation with them about anything! They work so hard, and deserve the praise! everyone in this hostel is so nice and its such a sociable hostel. it feels like a family here, i never went to leave! everyone is so respectful of each other. I know that I will be coming back every time Im at Coogee or even Sydney because I refuse to go to a different hostel.

Staff were great. Very good atmosphere, and everyone is very welcoming. stayed for an extra week just as there was such a family feel. Beach Trips, and Nights out together. One of the best hostels Ive stayed in in Australia

starting with the position it was great, basically on the beach and in a very well connected zone, together with a lot of activities and locals nearby The staff was friendly and attentive, theyve helped me out in different occasions and gave me a lot of info and tips
